Domestic Property – Sandhurst
Dining Room:
Removed existing wallpaper, prepared ceiling, woodwork and walls for finished paper. Painted ceiling and woodwork and applied wallpaper.
House – External:
Preparation is key here. I firstly touched in with stabilising solutions over bare plaster and the brickwork. After preparation, I next applied 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield masonry paint which is a flexible, smooth, solvent-based masonry paint ideal for use all-year round on exterior walls. The windows are prepped by burning off any flaking paint and fine filling. I puttied the windows where necessary and made good. I then applied flexible paint for extra durability and catered for our climate and weather changes.
Kitchen:
Walls, woodwork and ceilings were prepped. All areas were washed down using sugar soap. This was done so the paint would adhere. The customer had chosen a washable paint for the walls and I used oil based eggshell for kitchen cupboards.
